We suddenly changed the venue because of the university’s internal affairs.
The conference venue has been changed from Le Quy Don Technical University to ULIS Jonathan KS Choi Cultural Centre, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (144 Xuân Thủy, Mai Dịch, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội).
